Please note: The current wait time for iPads about 3 weeks.
When you reach your target email geraldineP@BPI.ie to arrange collection of the phones. Geraldine will send you a reference number for the couriers and the collection will be free of charge to you. The couriers are supposed to ring before they call, but they tend not to unless they are lost. If you need to know the time use your reference number to contact the couriers that morning to get an estimated collection time, Geraldine won't be able to tell you what their schedule is as it is a seperate company.
Leave the phones loose (please) and just submit them along with the information slips on the back of the envelopes. There is no need to put them into the envelopes and it makes our work easier if you don't.
Put all the phones loose into a plastic bag or a few plastic bags, knot the bags securely. Then box them. Tape up the box very well, think Fort Knox here!! The box is going to be loaded into the back of a van that will be driving around, unloaded to a warehouse for a night (maybe moved around a bit) loaded ontoanother moving van before being unloaded and delivered to Geraldine. If packaging bursts there is no guarantee that the phones that fall out will actually get to us!
Label your package very clearly with Geraldines address, TO Geraldine Pienaar, BPI Telecom, Unit 6 Oak Court, Dublin 12. Also include your own information under the heading of 'sender'.
Before you pack up, check your collection for the following types of phones, more than ten will reduce your overall phone count. If you have doubts about whether a phone fits this information submit it anyway, but just be aware that you may get a call.
